4 Day Kruger Park & Private Game Reserve Safari

Departure takes place from Airpot by shuttle to Khaya Ndlovu Manor House in the Rietspruit Big Game Reserve, a stones throw from the wildlife town of Hoedspruit. It is on the doorstep of Kruger, with a breathtaking backdrop of the Drakensburg Mountains.

After check-in and lunch, head out on a sunset safari under the guidance of the knowledgeable guides. Safaris take place on the Rietspruit Big Game Reserve. The reserve boasts sprawling vistas of the Drakensburg Mountains, where you can expect to encounter lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and a host of general game such as giraffe, zebra and various antelope species.
After your safari, you will return for dinner, a delicious selection of African inspired cuisine, prepared by the local chef, served under the stars on the dinning deck.

After a short 45 min transit to Orpen gate, your Kruger Park safari begins exploring the park by open safari vehicle, giving you a full panoramic view of the African bush from a higher vantage point than an ordinary vehicle.

In search of all the iconic animal species including the Big Five, with a specialist nature guide, using expert knowledge to interpret the natural environment in every detail. Your guide will frequent various waterholes and river systems as well as other Kruger hotspots to maximize your opportunity to see as much as possible, ensuring the scenery on display is ever changing and picturesque.

Breakfast will be individually packed by the lodge to be enjoyed at a picnic spot, before we continue on safari for the rest of the day, stopping for lunch in between. You will return to Khaya Ndlovu in the afternoon, where you will have some leisure time before dinner at is served on the dinning deck.

As the sun rises over the African savanna, you will enjoy tea and coffee before departing on a sunrise safari on the Rietspruit Big Game Reserve. The reserve is home to the flagship species of Africa and gives you your last opportunity to soak in the sites and sounds of the African savanna.

After your morning safari, you will have breakfast on the dinning deck by the pool, before your transfer picks you for your return shuttle back to OR Tambo Johannesburg.
